Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation in Beijing and in line with the recommendations of the COVID-19 Prevention and Control Emergency Headquarters, our Visa Application Centre building in Beijing will temporarily suspend visitors from entering the premises from 23 May 2022 until further notice. Customers with existing appointments will be contacted and you’ll be able to reschedule your appointment once we can reopen.

北京新西兰签证申请中心临时关闭

按照当地相关部门指示，自2022年5月23日起，北京新西兰签证申请中心临时关闭直至另行通知。中心关闭期间， 所有北京中心的预约将被取消。上海新西兰签证申请中心继续保持关闭状态。

客户可以选择将申请邮寄到中国大陆其他运营中的新西兰签证申请中心。由此为您带来的不便，我们深表歉意并感谢您的理解。

目前新西兰签证申请中心对外接收申请的工作时间如下(公众假期除外)：

北京、上海: 暂时关闭至另行通知成都、广州: 周一及周五香港: 周二及周四所有中心运营时间：上午9点至下午1点相关团队将尽快回复所有签证相关咨询邮件

New Zealand Visa Application Centre, Beijing, temporary closure

In keeping with local authority directives, the New Zealand Visa Application Centre in Beijing, will temporarily close, effective immediately, from 23 May 2022 onwards, until further notice. All appointments to this Centre will stand cancelled during this time. This is in addition to our Shanghai Centre that is currently closed too.

Customer can post/mail their applications to our other operational New Zealand Visa Application Centres during this closure. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Operational days and timing for VACs operations, on all working days, except public holidays, are:

Operational days for Shanghai and Beijing: closed until further notice.Operational days for Chengdu and Guangzhou: Monday and FridayOperational days for Hong Kong: Tuesday and ThursdayOperational timings for all VACs: 9:00 - 13:00Teams will endeavour to respond to all email queries at the earliest.

关于北京加拿大签证申请中心消息

鉴于当前疫情形势及响应疫情防控措施安排，上海加拿大签证申请中心将于2022年3月28日起临时关闭直至另行通知。北京加拿大签证申请中心将于2022年5月9日起临时关闭直至另行通知。加拿大签证申请中心将联系已经预约的客户，在签证中心开放时重新预约。

直至另行通知前，加拿大签证申请中心在中国的运营时间如下：

（重要公告：签证申请中心有可能根据当地疫情防控要求在短时间内做出临时关闭的决定。除如下正常中心运营日及时间外，请务必参考置顶的通知。）

南京、北京、广州、济南、成都、沈阳、杭州及武汉：09:00-13:00，周一至周五（五个工作日)昆明及重庆：09:00-12:00，周一/周三/周五（三个工作日）上海：09：00-13：00， 周一/周三/周五（三个工作日）咨询中心服务时间保持不变（工作日08：00-16：00）

目前全国加拿大签证申请中心仅提供以下有限的中心服务：

为持有生物识别指示信的申请人进行生物识别信息采集。

重要提醒：在收到IRCC发送的生物识别信息指引函（Biometric Instruction Letter）前，请勿预约生物识别信息采集。如您已预约了生物信息识别采集，但直至所预约时间仍未收到生物识别信息指引函，请务必取消您的预约。

仅受理通过邮寄方式提交的护照递送申请（附有IRCC的提交护照通知信）。直至另行通知前，申请人无法前往中心直接提交。返还护照给申请人。您的受理结果将通过中心快递返还。直至另行通知前，申请人无法前往中心领取结果。请参考中心网站上的“附加服务”项了解相关快递服务费用。协助服务 – 在线填表申请电子旅行许可 (eTA)、加拿大政府费用用代收服务（每位申请人）自助服务、打印服务、协助服务 – 文件扫描、复印服务、照相服务、短信服务贵宾室服务 – 北京、沈阳、武汉、济南、成都、广州、上海和杭州签证申请中心前往签证申请中心现场安排预约（2021 年 9 月 6 日生效）(不适用于上海签证申请中心，直至另行通知)前往签证申请中心现场寻求咨询服务（2021 年 9 月 6 日生效）(不适用于上海签证申请中心，直至另行通知)

由于 COVID-19 措施，上面列出的服务可能会在短时间内发生变化。

关于北京领区签证中心的最新消息

敬请注意，北京领区位于西安、沈阳、济南和武汉的意大利签证中心将继续保持关闭，中心恢复运营的日期，请密切留意中心官网通知。

关于进入意大利的最新规定

从5月1日开始，如需进入意大利，只需出示COVID-19绿色证书（疫苗接种证书，康复证书或阴性分子或抗原检测），或任何其他等效的疫苗接种证书即可。

只有在未能提交上述证明之一的情况下，旅行者才应接受5天的检疫隔离，并有义务在此期限结束时进行分子或抗原检测。

往/返圣马力诺共和国和梵蒂冈的旅行不受任何限制。

自9月23日起，卫生部通过该通知承认外国卫生当局管理的几种疫苗与根据《预防SARS-CoV-2国家疫苗计划》实施的疫苗等效。即：

欧洲药品管理局认可的疫苗;

Covishield（印度血清研究所），由阿斯利康许可生产;

R-CoVI（R-Pharm），在阿斯利康的许可下生产;

Covid-19疫苗重组（Fiocruz），根据阿斯利康的许可生产。

VFS Global北京部分签证中心从2022年5月9日起暂时关闭的，还包括希腊、奥地利、匈牙利、波兰、葡萄牙、克罗地亚、爱沙尼亚、斯洛文尼亚、拉脱维亚、瑞士、挪威、冰岛、瑞典等。后续签证中心开放时间将另行通知。
